French Guiana Communication

In 2006, there are about 81,500 main telephone lines and 320,000 mobile telephones in use in French Guiana. French Guiana has the capacity for international telecommunications, using two Intelsat satellite earth stations. Domestic telecommunication in the country uses a microwave radio relay network.
